This document provides you with information about your rights related to the processing of your personal data by Terra Bane Entertainment s.r.o., with registered office at Žirovnická 2389/1a, 106 00 Prague, Company ID 06250181.

We recommend that you read the information carefully. We have done our best to make it as clear as possible. If something is still unclear to you, we will be happy to explain any term or passage.
 

1. Who is the controller of your personal data?
The controller of personal data, i.e. the person who determines the purposes and means and decides on the processing of your personal data, i.e. personal data, is: Terra Bane Entertainment s.r.o.

2. How and why are your personal data processed?
When processing personal data, we comply with the relevant legal regulations, in particular the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the „GDPR“) and related legal regulations.

The processing of your personal data is carried out in order to ensure the fulfillment of all our and your rights and obligations in connection with the legal relationship that exists between us.

We process all your personal data on the basis of:
- a contract or agreement that we have concluded with you (not only in written form), in order to fulfill our obligations arising from such a contract or agreement;
- applicable legal regulations (for example, in the field of taxation), in order to fulfill the legal obligations imposed on us;
- our legitimate interest, for example, in order to improve the quality of our services.

We process your personal data for the duration of our contractual relationship. After its termination, we only retain your personal data that is further necessary for the exercise of our rights and the fulfillment of our obligations, or for which legal regulations require it, for the period specified therein.

When processing your personal data, there is no automated decision-making or profiling.

We process personal data manually and automatically directly through our employees or external processors (see point 5 below). The protection of personal data is technically and organizationally secured in accordance with applicable law.

3. Které Vaše osobní údaje zpracováváme?
Pokud jste s námi uzavřeli smlouvu, a to nejen v písemné podobě, pak Vaše osobní údaje zpracováváme v tomto rozsahu:

  • údaje, které jsou nutnou náležitostí uzavřené smlouvy a dále ty osobní údaje, bez kterých by nebylo možné plnit naše povinnosti, vyplývající z předmětu smlouvy:
  • jméno a příjmení
  • vlastnoruční podpis
  • adresa trvalého pobytu, místa podnikání, kontaktní adresa (adresa prodejny), fakturační adresa,
  • IČO
  • emailová adresa
  • číslo mobilního telefonu

Pokud jste nám zaslali poptávku, pak Vaše osobní údaje zpracováváme v tomto rozsahu:

  • jméno a příjmení
  • emailová adresa
  • číslo telefonu

4. Jak chráníme Vaše osobní údaje?
Můžete si být naprosto jisti, že s Vašimi osobními údaji nakládáme s řádnou péčí a v souladu s platnými právními předpisy. Vaše osobní údaje chráníme v maximální možné míře, která odpovídá technické úrovni dostupných prostředků a povaze zpracování osobních údajů Správcem. U Správce platí přísná pravidla stanovující, který zaměstnanec či útvar může mít přístup k Vašim osobním údajům a jaké osobní údaje může zpracovávat, což blíže upravují vnitřní předpisy správce. V případě předání Vašich osobních údajů mimo Správce jsme zajistili odpovídající úroveň ochrany jejich zabezpečení dle příslušných právních předpisů.

5. To whom else do we share your personal data and why?
We generally do not share your personal data outside the Controller, except in cases where:

  • we have your consent,
  • we are required or authorized to do so by law (for example, in the case of requests from law enforcement agencies),
  • our legitimate interest entitles us to do so, and an external processor provides operational and related services for us.

We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Union.

6. What rights do you have regarding your personal data?
In relation to your personal data that we process, you have the following rights that you can exercise against us as the controller:

  • the right to obtain confirmation of the (non)processing of your personal data and to access the personal data that concern you and that we process;
  • the right to correct or supplement your personal data if they are inaccurate or incomplete;
  • the right to delete or restrict the processing of your personal data if the conditions set out in legal regulations are met;
  • the right to object to the processing of personal data that concern you;
  • the right to transfer your personal data to another controller.

If we process some of your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of such personal data at any time.

You can exercise all your rights by submitting a written request to the administrator at the contact address: Žirovnická 2389/1a, 106 00 Prague.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data is in conflict with legal regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is:
