Edgy metal guitar riffs, pop-style electro hooks, danceable and industrial beats make up their unique sound. And, of course, lead singer Mark Blitz’s distinctive vocals combined with futuristic visuals and a strong message. The quartet has generated over five million cross- platform streams with both of its EPs and their debut album so far.
“The new Rammstein for Gen Z”, as the press calls them, is solidifying its status as one of the most exciting new acts in all over the world with fans in Czech Republic, Germany, USA, Japan, Finland among others.
Blitz Union gained international expertise in 2022 with a short but intense US tour: From playing at the legendary Whisky A Go Go rock club at the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles to The Space in Las Vegas.
Back in Germany Blitz Union have played at opinion-leading Festivals like Plage Noire and supported acts such as Leander Kills, the biggest band in Hungria.
In 2023 the band from Prague/Czech Republic not only played at such prestigious summer festivals like M’era Luna or the AMPHI Festival, but also went on tour with Subway to Sally.
2024 started with a bang: Blitz Union opened 12 shows for “Lord of the Lost” on their partially sold out European tour, and it was a huge success! The band is currently working on new songs for their next studio album “Revolution”, expected to be released early 2025.
